Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We dispatch orders Monday–Friday from our Australian warehouse. Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days via Sendle. Express options may be available at checkout depending on your location.
- Free standard shipping on orders over AUD $50
- Standard shipping: AUD $9.95 for orders below the free threshold
- Express shipping: AUD $19.95 (where available)
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
International Shipping
We ship to selected countries worldwide. Estimated delivery timeframes from dispatch:
- New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- Asia-Pacific: 7–14 business days
- North America & Europe: 10–21 business days
- Rest of World: 14–28 business days
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. If you haven't received tracking details within 2 business days of your order, please contact us at support@vitaceuticals.com.au.
Delays & Lost Parcels
While we do our best to meet the above timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier or customs processing. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please reach out and we'll investigate promptly.
